1. PROCESS
1.1 - You will contact me through Twitter, Email, or Discord and submit your order through either email or via DMs.
1.2 - We will discuss payment and turnaround time.
1.3 - I will send you a PayPal invoice in EUR (€).
1.4 - I will start on your commission when my commission queue allows it.
1.5 - I will continuously update you throughout the process with WIPs and ask for feedback when necessary.
1.6 - I will send you all the files in their finished formats i.e. .webm, .png, etc. If you wish to receive the .aep and/or .psd files, your order total will be charged as a fee.
1.7 - I will offer to help you set everything up within OBS and/or StreamElements. (Optional)
1.8 - You will credit me in one of your Twitch panels by linking to > https://twitter.com/gunbunnyeve <

2. DOS AND DON'TS
2.1 - I do not offer any 3D animation.
2.2 - I do not offer any NSFW art.
2.3 - I do not accept commissions that include 3rd parties’ intellectual property without their written consent.
2.4 - I do guarantee full transparency for, which parts of your commissions are originally created by me, and those that aren't.

3. PAYMENT
3.1 - Payment for all commissions will be handled through PayPal Invoices.
3.2 - Payment plans are available with 50% being paid upfront within 1 week after receiving the invoice and the remaining half being paid within 1 month after the first payment was made.
3.3 - Failure to pay within the given timeframes without prior notice to me can result in the immediate blacklisting of the customer.
3.4 - Once work on the commission has begun, a full refund will not be possible. A partial refund will be issued; if the customer requests the refund there will be a cancellation fee applied to the refund. If the artist issues the refund on their own there will be no cancellation fee.
3.5 - If you would like to cancel your commission and request a refund, discuss it with me first. Under no circumstances may you charge back your payment. Doing so anyways will result in your chargeback being challenged on PayPal and your immediate blacklisting. I will issue your refund myself.
3.6 - All prices are listed as base prices, your final bill might be higher than the prices listed on the website due to the complexity of the request, however, this will be discussed before an invoice is sent.

4. YOUR RIGHTS
4.1 - You have a right to an original design unless you commission my visual overhaul services.
4.2 - You have a right to receive your work within the timeframes given by me and a right to receive information in a timely manner should any delays occur.
4.3 - You have a right to cancel your order at any point but forfeit your right to a full refund by only requesting it after work has started on your commission, which you can monitor in real time on my progress board.
4.4 - You have a right to receive WIPs whenever I deem that there has been enough progress to warrant one. You also have a right to receive a WIP by requesting it.
4.5 - You have a right to free minor revisions but acknowledge that significant revisions will result in a fee charged to your invoice. What constitutes a minor or major revision is entirely up to my own discretion. The fee that will be charged will be agreed upon before you are charged with it. Payment for a significant revision must be completed before work on said revision starts.
4.6 - You do have a right to use all animations and designs on your stream or YouTube channel and monetize said channels however you see fit.
4.7 - You do not have the right to claim any artworks ordered from me as your own or to resell, modify or distribute them.
4.8 - You only have a right to commission my visual overhaul services if you can provide proof of the original artist’s written permission for me to modify it in exchange for payment and for me to upload it to social media and/or a portfolio. You are liable for all damages caused if you forge the proof or mislead the artist into giving consent for something else and convince me it is for this instead.

5. MY RIGHTS
5.1 - I reserve the right to decline any commission at any point for any reason.
5.2 - I reserve the right to a non-hostile work environment and the right to terminate a commission if the client is rude or disrespectful. A fee will be deducted from the refund that will be issued afterward.
5.3 - I reserve the right to share any commission on social media and/or a portfolio unless the customer requests and pays for the order to be kept hidden until completion. After the order has been completed, I have the right to share the commission on social media and/or a portfolio, unless something else has been discussed and agreed upon.
5.4 - I reserve the right to be informed about whether the client is an independent streamer/youtuber or whether they are part of a corporation or group which would classify them as an enterprise customer. Contact me directly for enterprise work as opposed to using the order form.
5.5 - I have a right to be credited wherever you use my work e.g. in your YouTube description or in Twitch panels. I reserve the right to judge what constitutes proper credit and what doesn’t.
5.6 - I do not have the right to resell your commission or to distribute it.
5.7 - I can reuse any rejected designs or canceled commissions as inspiration/reference for future commissions.
5.8 - I own the copyright to all designs and animations created by me.
